Carrying Mediterranean blood, raised under Portuguese sun, Sebastian Mayor was a teenager in South America. Now as a 21-year-old songwriter based in London, making music comes naturally. Influenced by artists such as Bill Withers, João Gilberto, Chet Baker, his style is ultimately defined as groove based Pop with Jazz nuances, often touching upon Bossa Nova guitar.

As a writer, producer and multi-instrumentalist he’s been lucky enough to perform live in prestigious venues such as the Spice of Life (London Soho), Casa Da Música (Oporto), as well as the local scene in Buenos Aires. Gathering close to half a Million streams on Spotify alone with his first acoustic amateur releases, at just 16 years old, Sebastian Mayor found overwhelming encouragement to keep writing and recording.

The lasting impact of his amateur teenage releases have shaped him into a young, emotionally-proficient artist. The blend of melancholic groove and jazz influenced Pop make Sebastian Mayor a young, fresh act to watch out for.
